It took me sometime to post due to new activities offline I have. I did not looked for a job, instead, I bought a little restaurant that were already making money, so right now I am officially an entrepreneur. Getting into this new ventures offline reminds me why I love online businesses, there is a lot less expenses, a lot less time to invest in an online biz and you have the ability to build more than one at the same time and even succeed with all of them.
Offline its a brave new world for me. I will keep my efforts into the online world its safer and less stressful. Right now my wife is the operational manager, meaning, she is in the restaurant working hard with the employees, she even want me to be there to help, seems to be a loooooot of work, I tell her thats good, its more money for us, but she thinks way to different. She wants less work, because its too much now, so I am creating a system so they can achieve more work with less effort, shame its not online, I would just outsource easily and not paying a whole salary, if I ever need another employee. The system should be without the need of another employee.
My advice is, if you want to learn, then an offline biz its fun but stressing, If I were you I will keep trying hard online, its the best way to have free time and not creating a job for yourself (like I did for my wife, oops, I hope she did not read this). Now let´s return to the topic of this post.
This month the following prize was able to grab, but no one yet has won it.

Actually its because I have too many activities online and offline, I am still in the transition from my layoff to entrepreneur full time.
